2. Client responsibilities

To deliver good work on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, necessary materials (such as content, access credentials and assets), and timely feedback and approvals. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.

3. Project delivery

We will deliver the agreed work to a professional standard within the agreed timeline, subject to your timely cooperation. Revision rounds are limited to those specified in your package or agreement; additional revisions may incur further charges. Timelines are good-faith estimates and may be affected by scope changes or factors outside our control.

4. Payment terms

Prices are in USD and processed through Stripe. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is payable before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or upon completion. Work may be paused or withheld where invoices remain unpaid. Final deliverables and file ownership transfer upon full payment.

5. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party components, open-source libraries, or pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain under their respective licences. Zenvor retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvor's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or business, arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project and to use it only for the purpose of completing the work.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. On termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed and scheduled up to that point. Deposits cover work already performed or reserved and are handled in line with our Refund Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably and in good faith through direct discussion first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing other remedies. These Terms are interpreted in a fair and reasonable manner consistent with the independent, cross-border nature of our service.

Refund Policy

Because Zenvor provides custom digital services — where time and specialist effort are committed to each project — refunds work differently than they would for a physical product. This policy explains when refunds may and may not apply. We always aim to be fair and reasonable.

1. Deposits

Deposits reserve our time and cover work scheduled or already performed. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before any work has started, we will refund your deposit minus any payment-processing fees that cannot be recovered.

2. Work in progress

If you choose to cancel a project that is already underway, you are entitled to a refund of any amount paid that exceeds the value of the work completed and reasonably scheduled up to the cancellation date. Work completed remains payable.

3. Completed work

Once a deliverable has been completed and delivered as agreed, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund. If a delivered item does not match the agreed written scope, we will correct it at no extra cost within the revision terms of your package.

4. Non-refundable items

Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, paid ad spend or stock assets) are non-refundable, as are services that have already been performed by Zenvor or its specialists.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email seatgek@zenvornews.com with your project details and the reason for your request. We review every request individually and respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback, so we have the chance to resolve any issue directly. Most concerns can be sorted quickly and fairly through conversation.
